CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS
ROOF TOP TERRACE - RULES FOR USE
- Hours - 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM (excludes special holidays - See Lease)
- No Fireworks
- No Grilling or cooking
- No loud music
- Tenant & two guest only (additional guest requires landlord approval)
- Tenant responsible for cleaning after use
- No glass containers
- No smoking
- No leaning on railing
- Remove all trash after use
- No pets allowed
- No one under 21 years of age without an adult
- Private use for special events (with landlord approval only)
- Owner / Landlord reserves the right to reserve the Roof Top for private events with 14 day notice to tenants
Violation of these rules may result in permanent withdrawal of tenants rights to use this space (See lease).
STORAGE AREA UNDER STAIRS
- Each unit will have a storage box under the stairs for personal items.
- If additional space is available, bikes can be stored under the stairs.
- No other uses are allowed in this area
COURTYARD
- No personal items my be stored in courtyard. This area will consist of open walkways and planted beds only.
PARKING LOT
- This area consist of four reserved parking spaces, one for each unit. Spaces will be marked. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the owners expense.
- No storage of personal items is allowed in the parking area or along the rear of the building facing the lane.
ROOF TOP STORAGE ROOM
- FOR UNIT OWNERS ONLY. Refrigerator. Storage for items used on the roof top only. No personal storage.
